An Garda Siochana, Dundrum Community Policing Unit in association with the Sandyford Business District Association continue to meet regularly and share information with the business watch members and the business community in Sandyford.  Business Watch is a Crime Prevention Programme founded on the same principal as Neighbourhood Watch, that is the practice of both the Gardai and the community coming together to prevent and reduce crime.
